Registration materials will be mailed at the beginning of April 2014 to alumni celebrating a reunion. Online registration also will be available at that time.
For the most part, the weekend is casual. Some people dress less casually for the Saturday night dinner, but it is not required. Please remember that Meadville weather is very unpredictable.
I’m staying on campus. What should I bring?
Bed linens (fitted sheet and top sheet only) and towels are provided in all locations, but please keep in mind that these are rental linens. Blankets are not provided, so plan to bring your own blanket for comfort. Please bring your own pillow, as they are not provided. If you are flying, we have a few extra pillows available on campus. Personal toiletry items are needed. Please bring hangers if you wish to hang clothing, as they are not provided. The majority of on-campus accommodations have shared bathrooms. All campus lots will be available for parking.
Where should I go first?
If you have reserved on-campus lodging, please go directly to that residence hall (College Court, North Village I, or North Village II). For your convenience, your registration packet will be waiting for you there. If you are staying off campus, please check in at Tippie Alumni Center at Cochran Hall to pick up your registration packet (including meal tickets). Click here to view a campus map.
Registration will be open during the following times:
Thursday: 8 a.m. – 9 p.m.
Friday: 8 a.m. – 11 p.m.
Saturday: 8 a.m. – Midnight
Sunday: 8 a.m. – 1 p.m.
If you will be arriving after the Registration Desk has closed, please contact the Alumni Affairs Office at (814) 332-5384 in advance, and we will have your registration packet (and room key if you are staying on campus) available for you to pick up from the Office of Safety & Security, located in the Newton Observatory on North Main Street.
A courtesy shuttle from campus to Meadville hotels and downtown restaurants will be available. Please call (814) 332-5384 to make arrangements.
Also, a complimentary shuttle will run continuously from campus (Lord Gate, the top of Brooks Walk) to downtown Meadville (Park Avenue and Chestnut Street). No reservation is needed.

Wireless Internet Access
Yes. Allegheny College provides a wireless account accessible for temporary use for our visitors and guests. Wireless access is available for Reunion Weekend in select areas including the
Campus Center, Tippie Alumni Center at Cochran Hall, Pelletier Library, the Wise Sport and Fitness Center, North Village I and II, College Court, and Brooks Hall. Instructions to use the wireless network will be included in your schedule booklet in your registration packet.
There will not be childcare available.
There will not be a Reunion Concert this year.
- Golf is open to all Reunion Weekend attendees at the Country Club of Meadville on Thursday, Saturday and Sunday, as well as numerous public golf courses all weekend. For more information, click here.
- The Class of ’64 is hosting a golf outing Thursday, May 29, at the Country Club of Meadville from 11 a.m. – 6 p.m. Members of all classes and their guests are welcome to participate. Meet at The Country Club, 15955 Highway 86, Meadville, PA 16335. Cost is $30 for 9 holes, to be paid at the golf course. Cash bar immediately following.
