2012 MS Bike: Western PA Escape Ride Room Reservations and Information
Allegheny College is proud to be the host of the 2012 MS 150 Bike MS: Western PA Escape Ride on June 9 and 10. Below you will discover options for your stay on campus during the Bike Tour, as well as information on events and daily schedules. Camper’s Permit is available to any guest who would like to pitch a tent on one of our lawns or who would like to bring a sleeping bag and sleep on the floor in the basketball arena. If you choose to camp, there will be designated lawn areas so check with a staff member upon arrival and you will be directed to an area where tents are permitted. Restroom facilities/locker rooms will be available in the David V. Wise Sport and Fitness Center.
NON Air Conditioned Single Occupancy Room registration is now closed.
NON Air Conditioned Multiple Occupancy Rooms are typical dormitory style rooms. They have either two, three, or four twin beds and dressers, no kitchen facilities and the restrooms, which are located outside of the room, are gender appropriate and shared per floor.
AIR CONDITIONED ROOM registrations are now CLOSED. If there are any cancellations, there may be a possibility to upgrade to an Air Conditioned room DAY OF RACE on a first come, first serve basis. CASH ONLY will be accepted for a room upgrade.
Linens will be provided for those who rent dorm rooms. Linen packets include a towel, washcloth, bottom sheet, top sheet, light blanket, and a pillow case – pillows are NOT provided.
Each dormitory has free laundry facilities that can be used if needed.
Refunds will be provided for all cancellations that are received by May 31, 2012; no refunds can be provided for cancellations after this date. Please call the Office of Conference and Event Services at 814-332-3101 if you wish to cancel your room reservation.
