2013 Bike MS: Escape to the Lake Ride, Room Reservations and Information
Allegheny College is proud to be the host of the Bike MS: Escape to the Lake Ride 2013 on June 8 and 9. Below you will discover options for your stay on campus during the bike tour. Please select from the highlighted options below to register for accommodations:
A Camper Permit is available to any guest who would like to pitch a tent on one of our lawns or who would like to bring a sleeping bag and sleep on the floor in the basketball arena. If you choose to camp, there will be designated lawn areas so check with a staff member upon arrival and you will be directed to an area where tents are permitted. Restroom facilities/locker rooms will be available in the David V. Wise Sport and Fitness Center. There are no refunds for cancellations for the Camper Permit.
Air Conditioned Dorm Rooms are now SOLD OUT. (If we have cancellations, you may be able to change your Non-AC room to an air conditioned room the day of the race but you will need to pay the difference in cash as no credit cards can be accepted day-of-race.)
NON Air Conditioned Single Rooms are typical dorm-style rooms. There are no kitchen facilities and the restrooms, which are located outside of the room, are gender appropriate and shared per floor.
NON Air Conditioned Mulitle Occupancy Rooms are typical dormitory style rooms. They have either two, three, or four twin beds and dressers, no kitchen facilities and the restrooms, which are located outside of the room, are gender appropriate and shared per floor. *To ensure roommate selection is honored, all roommates must be paid for at once.*
You will receive a linen package that includes bed sheets, a thin blanket and a towel. Pillows are NOT included and guests are responsible for bringing their own. Individuals are responsible for turning in their keys on Sunday morning and will be charged a $150 fee for lost keys.
Each dormitory has free laundry facilities that can be used if needed.
There will be no reservations for rooms accepted after 4:00 p.m. on Friday, May 24, 2013. Refunds will be provided for cancellations that are received by May 24; no refunds can be provided for cancellations after this date. There will be a $5.00 processing fee for cancellations. No refunds will be provided for the Camper Permit. Please call the Office of Conference and Event Services at 814-332-3101 if you wish to cancel your room reservation.
Room reservations close at 4:00pm on May 24.
