Conference and Event Services

Allegheny College is pleased to be able to offer housing to Dam Tri participants and guests on Friday, June 21 and Saturday, June 22, 2013. Housing will be $25 per person per night and will be in North Village 1, which has air conditioned suites. Each suite has five single bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a common living area.

Registration for rooms is now open. *To ensure roommate selection is honored, all roommates must be paid for at once.*

Linens will be provided for an additional cost of $15 per person. Linen packets include a towel, washcloth, bottom sheet, top sheet, light blanket, and a pillow case – pillows are NOT provided.

Each dormitory has free laundry facilities that can be used if needed.

Refunds will be provided for cancellations that are received by May 31, 2013; no refunds can be provided for cancellations after this date. There will be a $5.00 processing fee for cancellations. Please call the Office of Conference and Event Services at 814-332-3101 if you wish to cancel your room reservation.
