Volunteer Opportunities with Gator Connect
Provide students with career advice as well as job-shadowing, internship and employment opportunities.
Refer prospective students, represent Allegheny at college fairs in your area and interview prospective students in your region.
Plan informal alumni gatherings in your area — public locations are encouraged. We’ll help with email invitations, social media and name tags.
Serve on the Reunion Weekend planning committees for your class. Allegheny formally celebrates 5th, 10th, 25th, 30th, 40th, 50th and Torchbearer class reunions each spring.
Hand write winter holiday cards
to high school seniors who have shown a serious interest in Allegheny.
Help to generate positive buzz about Allegheny through Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
Host a current student for a three-week intensive shadowing experience in health-related fields at the end of the spring semester.
Send letters on your business letterhead to potential students who have been accepted to Allegheny, sharing your personal story or experience.
