Allegheny College, a small selective national liberal arts college, invites applications for the position of Campus Visit and Building Coordinator. The position is a full-time non-exempt position reporting to the Vice President for Enrollment and Dean of Admissions.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: managing the visit experience for prospective students and families, responding to visit requests, developing and maintaining proper communication with academic departments to enrich a student’s campus visit experience by scheduling individual meetings with faculty, primary phone contact for incoming calls and data entry and processing of applications.
A bachelor’s degree is preferred. We seek candidates who can effectively and excitedly articulate the nature and aims of a traditional liberal arts experience and the distinct features of Allegheny. A team-oriented outlook, excellent communication (verbal and written) and organizational skills, attention to detail and a positive, professional attitude are essential.
