ITS has become aware of a system change that may require users to sign back into their Google accounts and any connected apps, including Google Drive.
Please check the sync status of Google Drive in the system tray located at the lower right corner (top right in Mac OSX). The screenshot below shows a healthy Drive sync status (hover over the icon for more info).
If the icon shows an exclamation point then you will need to provide your credentials to re-initiate the sync. Please click the icon and choose “Sign in” then follow the prompts.
