Working on a Computer Issue (Updated)

Original Post (9:30am): The User Services team  is investigating an issue that resulted in approximately 30 computers being blocked by the antivirus firewall.  As a plan is put in place, this page will be updated and individuals will be notified.  Thank you for you patience as we address this issue.

Update:

  1. The team is testing a plan to address the issue.  It is recommended at this time that effected users (those that cannot access the internet) to turn off their computer.  This is a precaution but as power cycling the computer is part of the plan we are testing, it will help prepare the computer for the technician.  (10:10am)
