Interested in participating in a Crawford Central School District and Allegheny College collaboration? Are you enrolling in a 200-level or above language class at Allegheny next semester? Consider participating in the World Languages Program, which sends Allegheny students to fifth-grade classes to provide an introduction to foreign language and global culture. Students give a lesson a week, preparing each lesson with their assigned classroom teacher; at the end of the semester, students have a portfolio that documents their experience and lesson plans. If you’re interested in earning two credits through the World Languages Program, please contact Professor Teresa Herrera at therrera@allegheny.edu for more information on how to enroll for spring 2016.
