Now is the time to review your federal tax withholding for 2015. If you have had a change in marital/partner status, birth/adoption of a child, or a spouse/partner who has returned to work, you may want to adjust your federal withholding in 2016 or update your beneficiary designations to your life insurance or retirement account. For federal withholding changes, you can complete a W-4 form and mail it to the Office of Human Resources, Box 4, or bring it to Bentley Hall 215. For beneficiary changes, please contact the HR office at Ext. 2312 to request a form. Note: If you have no changes, you do not need to complete new forms.
