Advanced-level classes will consist of Olympic weight training movements (same workouts as Allegheny varsity sports teams), and have a two-, three-, or four-day program. Contact Coach Randy Moore for more information. Summer Class Times 2016:

– All students and Allegheny community members are welcome.
– Lifting will take place in the Wise Center Weight Room.
– Running/Conditioning will take place at the Robertson Athletic Complex (subject to change).
– Note: Wednesday’s agility session will take place in the Wise Center.
– Show up 15 minutes early.
– All participants MUST participate in warm-up.
– Classes are 1:00 – 1:30 in duration.
– Classes will start May 16, 2016 and end August 15, 2016.
