SchoolDude — the website that the Physical Plant uses to process work orders — rolled out a new security enhancement that requires users to have an individual password, where they didn’t have to have one previously. Please do the following in order to receive your password and to put in all future work requests:
1. Clear the cookies in your browser.
2. Click on this link
3. Select Forgot Password at the top of the page.
4. Enter your email address and select Submit.
5. The screen will now say “Your email is on the way! Check your email for instructions on how to reset your password.” (It could go to your spam folder so if you don’t see it, check there.)
6. Open that email, click on the link it provides, enter a password, confirm the password and select Reset Password.
7. Go back to your original screen and enter your email address and your password and select Sign In.
8. It will now take you to the screen you are familiar with seeing before today and you can enter work orders the same way as you did before.
You will now be required to login with a password each time you submit a work order. Everything else has remained the same. If you are a new user and have never submitted a work order before, please contact Kelly Wright at Ext. 3868.
