The Year of Mindfulness invites you to participate in the 30-Day Mindfulness Challenge. Join us at the PAM House (Prayer and Meditation Retreat–the Red House next door to Arter) through Friday, October 7, 12:20 to 12:50 p.m. for a daily mindfulness practice.
