ADP has announced the replacement of the iPay portal with a modern Web interface that is more user-friendly. The portal provides access to users’ pay stubs and W-2 forms. ADP is planning on transitioning all current iPay users to the new MyADP portal on Saturday, November 12. Current users of the iPay portal will continue to use the same username and password on the new MyADP portal. MyADP also allows employees to elect to receive paperless statements, and the College encourages employees to do so in support of the College’s sustainability efforts.
Employees who are not currently using the iPay portal and who would like to create an account on MyADP to gain online access to paystubs or W-2s are encouraged to fill out this form (requires authentication). Allegheny College does not permit employees to self-register for security reasons. Form responses requesting access to MyADP will be reviewed on December 1. Shortly after December 1, we will process requests and send out the appropriate instructions for activating your account. The form will remain available on the HR web site after December 1, and requests to activate the portal will be periodically reviewed. Given the sensitivity of the information available via the iPay portal, the migration to a new portal may raise questions about IT security. ADP is responsible for the security of the MyADP portal, and their IT security is regularly audited and certified to be in compliance with industry best practices. In addition, an outside firm has recently completed an audit of Allegheny’s IT security and confirmed that the College adheres to good security practices.
