Wondering what’s going on with the Carrden markets? We’ll be on campus a few times this summer, but we’re also going mobile!
The Carrden will hold a market on Wednesday, May 31, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the Campus Center Lobby. We’ll have organically-grown rhubarb, strawberries, lettuce, bok choy, and herbs.
After this market, keep your eyes out for more information about the Mobile Market, part of the new French Creek Food Hub and the Community Wellness Initiative. The Mobile Market will travel to over a dozen neighborhoods and communities in our area, providing fresh produce sourced from the Carrden and from local farmers.
