Allegheny alumnus Cory Muscara, a prominent mindfulness teacher and coach, will speak on Friday, September 15, at 7 p.m. in Ford Chapel, as part of the 30-Day Mindfulness Challenge. Founder of the Long Island Center for Mindfulness, Cory is on faculty at Columbia Teachers College where he teaches mindfulness to school leaders and principals, and is an assistant instructor for the Master of Applied Positive Psychology (MAPP) at the University of Pennsylvania, where he completed his graduate work.
