As we approach the end of the fall semester, there is a welcomed and much anticipated Thanksgiving break from November 22–26. This is a time that will give us pause from the semester – and an opportunity to spend time with friends and families. Many students will leave campus during this time, and for this reason, it is important for the College to have a strong indication of who will remain on campus during this period. If you live in our residence halls, suites, or apartments and you intend to stay on campus at any time during this break, please complete the Thanksgiving Break Form so we can appropriately plan for meals, staffing, and other activities. You can also contact Residence Life at (814) 332-4356 or send an e-mail to reslife@allegheny.edu.

There will be limited meal service during this period. The last official meal is lunch on Tuesday, November 21. You must complete the form so that we can accommodate meals for students remaining on campus.
Shuttle services will continue to be available, along with the Zipcar service, for ease of transportation around Meadville, Crawford County, and beyond. In addition, residence halls will provide opportunities for students to connect and engage in activities during the break.
There is no approval needed to remain on campus. Simply complete the form and you will be added to our roster. There is no charge for staying in your room/apartment during this break. Please complete the Thanksgiving Break Form on or before Wednesday, November 15, at 11:59 p.m.
