As part of a campus-wide initiative, we ask for employees’ participation in the Sustained Dialogue program to foster and model a culture of leadership, democratic governance, and civility across our community. Information is listed as follows; seating is limited. Please sign up here by December 1, 2017. Sustained Dialogue is an ongoing process during which small groups strive to improve their workplace climate through dialogue and collective action. We define dialogue as listening deeply enough to be changed by what you learn. Participants will learn to reach an understanding of possible problems in their environment and the power they have to collaborate in discovering shared solutions.
