Professor’s Work on Food Web Structures Published

Professor of Biology and Environmental Science Scott Wissinger and co-authors Dr. Hamish Greig and Dr. Angus McIntosh of the University of Canterbury in New Zealand had their article “Top-down control of prey increases with drying disturbance in ponds: a consequence of non-consumptive interactions?” published in the most recent issue of The Journal of Animal Ecology. The work, conducted while Professor Wissinger was on sabbatical, is part of ongoing collaborative work on differences in food web structure in alpine habitats in North America and New Zealand.
