Professor Wilson and Senior Megan Bart Present Paper on “Diva Citizenship of Laverne Cox”

Assistant Professor of Communication Arts Julie Wilson and Megan Bart ’15 presented the paper “Transmedia Celebrity Politics and the Diva Citizenship of Laverne Cox” at the annual Society for Cinema and Media Studies conference in Montreal. Their presentation was based on summer research funded by the Andrew W. Mellon Collaborative Undergraduate Research in the Humanities grant.
