Two Students Present Research at Mid-Atlantic Writing Centers Association
Mackenzie Jordan ’15 and Walter Stover ’17 presented their research at the Mid-Atlantic Writing Centers Association at James Madison University. Blending theory, data, and student voices, the two examined the spatial qualities of writing centers in three stages: the journey of the student to the writing center; crossing the threshold into the writing center space; and the interaction of the student writer and the writing consultant with the space itself.
