Linda Ernst, interlibrary loan manager at Pelletier Library, attended the
E-ZBorrow Practitioner’s Meeting at Dickinson College. Linda served
as a panel member on the topic “From Blue Slip to Ship: What’s the Secret to Great Turnaround Time?” This was the 1st panel discussion sponsored by the E-ZBorrow Advisory Council. Others serving on the panel included E-ZBorrow practitioners from Chatham University, Drexel University and Pennsylvania State University. Ernst was selected to participate as a panel member because Pelletier’s E-ZBorrow program has an excellent lending turnaround time.
