Cost: $600

Creek Camp is an opportunity for rising 10th and 11th graders from anywhere in the world to study freshwater ecology in the beautiful streams of northwestern Pennsylvania, including French Creek, known for its rich biodiversity. While living in Allegheny College dorms, campers become field scientists working alongside Environmental Science and Biology faculty and college students to explore topics related to watershed health. This physically and mentally demanding camp teaches students about fish, macroinvertebrates, birds, reptiles, amphibians, freshwater mussels, mammals, trees, and so much more. With camp limited to 12 campers, individual attention can be expected.
