Effective December 15, 2015, transcript requests for current students will not be processed until fall semester grades are posted. If you have a deadline date before or near January 12, 2016, we recommend that you request your transcript prior to December 15 so that it can be processed before the transcript freeze begins. If you submit a request before Dec. 15 but wish to have your fall semester grades included on the transcript, select “after grades posted” when ordering through the WebAdvisor Transcript on Demand service. We anticipate that these transcripts will be processed and forwarded on January 12, 2016. January graduates should select “after degree is conferred” when ordering to ensure that the Bachelor’s Degree earned appears on the transcript. These transcripts will not be processed until after the degree is conferred by the faculty on January 28.
