Registration for Fall, 2017
WebAdvisor will re-open for schedule adjustments on Tuesday 1 August. Eligible students may add and drop courses between Tuesday 1 August and Friday 25 August.
Between Monday 28 August and Monday 11 September, students may DROP classes on WebAdvisor. Add cards are available for the same period of time. Please use Add cards to register (if the instructor grants permission) for:
- courses that are full
- courses that have restrictions you do not meet (e.g., FR/SO only)
- courses that require the instructor’s signature (in “Search for Sections” in WebAdvisor, these courses are designated “Yes” in the “Sign Req” column).
Please note that an Add card does not override a general registration hold (e.g., no advisor approval or a financial hold).
Monday 11 September at 4:00 p.m. is the deadline to add a class, drop a class, or declare a course Credit/No Credit for the Spring semester. Add cards and Credit/No Credit cards must be turned in to the Registrar’s Office by 4:00 p.m. on 9/11. Drops must be completed on-line via WebAdvisor by 4:00 p.m. on 9/11.
Adding a class requires the instructor’s signature, and declaring a class Credit/No Credit requires the advisor’s signature. Students are reminded that faculty schedules vary, so any needed signatures should be obtained as soon as possible. Students who miss the deadline will NOT be able to change their schedules.
