Order a Transcript

Current Students:

Current students can view or print unofficial transcripts at any time with the “View Transcript” option under “Academic Profile” in WebAdvisor.

To order a transcript: current students can order official transcripts electronically with the “Order Transcript” option listed under the “Academic Profile” menu in WebAdvisor . There is a $5 fee for official transcripts and an additional surcharge for express delivery of paper transcripts. If you are currently on campus, you can arrange to pick up your transcript in the Registrar’s Office or have it sent to your campus box for no extra delivery change. Please make sure to select “after grades are posted” when ordering if you want this semester’s grades to appear on the transcript. Seniors about to graduate should select “after degree is conferred” to make sure your degree is listed on the transcript.

Orders for electronic delivery of transcripts are processed within one business day. Orders for paper transcripts may require up to three business days for processing. Transcript orders are not processed on weekends, or holidays, or when a Transcript Freeze is in effect.

Please note that we cannot FAX transcripts; Federal privacy law requires us to protect the confidentiality of transcripts, and transmission by FAX is not secure.

For questions about transcript orders, please email the Transcript Coordinator, Pamela McCurdy, or call her at 814-332-2357.

Alumni and Former Students:

The Transcript Freeze does not affect former students, and orders will be processed without delay.

On-line transcript ordering is available through Transcripts on Demand. The cost is $5 per transcript with an additional surcharge for express delivery of paper transcripts. The first time you order a transcript, you will need to create an account and also provide a signed release authorizing the release of your personal academic record. For future orders, you need only sign into your Transcripts on Demand account.

Please note that the name that prints on your transcript will be the name under which you attended Allegheny, unless you have provided us with documentation of a legal name change since then. If you have questions about this or are not certain if your name has been updated in our system, please contact the Transcript Coordinator, Pamela McCurdy (814-332-2357).
