Residence Life

Allegheny Commons houses 44 students in three buildings.  This upperclassmen complex contains carpeted apartments, each with a common room (approximately 15’x17’ in dimension), bathroom, full kitchen, and one to four single bedrooms (approximately 9’x12’ each).  Common room furniture includes a couch, dining room table, and four chairs; bedrooms come equipped with New England woodcraft dressers (one two-drawer and one three-drawer), desk with book carousel, chair, and bed, as well as one built-in closet.  Bedroom windows are approximately 4’x2.75’, while common room windows are approximately 4’x6’3”. This facility is air conditioned downstairs.
