Jill T. Slomski

Jill T. Slomski has over 25 years of experience in helping business and individuals achieve exceptional results.  She has worked with professionals in the areas of Personal Branding, Training, Strategic Planning, Human Resources, Marketing, and Conferencing.  Her clients include leading professionals in the fields of finance, education, service, healthcare, manufacturing, government, and retail.  The results of her work have been overwhelmingly positive and have served as a catalyst for dynamic change in her clients’ careers.

Prior to launching Niche Team LLC full-time, Jill served as the Educational Director for a government contracting company.  In that role, she created programming, trained speakers, and coordinated and moderated conferences throughout the East Coast and Caribbean.  The conferences ranged in attendance from 250 – 3,000 attendees.  Jill has also held professorships at local universities.

Jill earned her MBA from Gannon University and a BS in Education with a minor in Educational Psychology from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.  She is highly-involved in professional associations and non-profit organizations, including Athena Powerlink, the Executive Women’s Council of Greater Pittsburgh, and The Epilepsy Project, among others.

Mission

The Service Excellence Committee is comprised of representatives from the administration and staff who focus on projects designed to improve and enhance customer service at Allegheny College.

Vision

This committee compiles service related resources for the campus community, schedules professional development opportunities for students and employees, and acts as service liaisons for the College.

Values

The Service Excellence Committee strives to represent the interests of the Allegheny
College Community and welcomes comments, questions, and feedback related to the committee’s work.
