Alumni Mass Email Request

The Alumni Office has created a form to assist with mass email requests for student organizations. Please refer to the communication timeline below and complete this form to submit your communication. All messages will be proofed by the writing team in College Relations.

The following timeline is recommended for event communications (when possible):
RSVP deadline: 1 week prior to event
Save the date email: 8-10 weeks prior to event
Email invite: 4-6 weeks prior to event
RSVP reminder email: 1 week prior to RSVP deadline
Email to those who have registered: 3-4 days prior to event
