Edible Allegheny Campus

Purpose: As a club, Edible Allegheny Campus est. 1994, is a champion for local foods and farming education. Through our club activities, including cooking classes, salsa-making and applesauce-making late nights, and trips to local farms and food festivals we hope to foster excitement and discussion of our local foods systems, from farm to fork.
