Description: Edible is a student-run club dedicated to local food awareness. Through gardening, visiting local farms, and preparing local, seasonal food, we seek to educate the campus and increase awareness about sustainable food systems and how we can change the existing norms.
Purpose: To promote local foods and farmers through farm visits and hands-on work while learning new skills and appreciation for where our food is sourced.
