Student Life has an array of equipment available for use. Equipment is available in the Student Life Resource Room, the Game Room or is available for sign-out through Scheduler, https://allegheny.emscloudservice.com/web/samlauth.aspx.
For weekday use, equipment housed in Student Life must be picked up by 5:00 p.m. on the day of the event and returned by noon the following day. For weekend use, equipment must be picked up on Friday by 5:00 p.m. and returned by noon on Monday. Extensions may be approved on a case by case basis. Damaged or lost equipment will be billed to the borrower’s student billing account for repair or replacement.
Activity Kits: Activity kits are neatly packaged and available for organization sign-outs from the Game Room, and include: acrylic paint pens, stencils, arts and crafts, Legos, sidewalk chalk, Bingo, or Texas Hold’em kits.
Board Games: Over 25 board games are available for sign-out through the Game Room. Sign-outs are free for seven days. A $1.00 per day late fee is assessed after the due date.
Cash Boxes: Selling anything? Keep funds safe by borrowing a lockable cash box (and depositing funds in the Student Life safe!). Available in Student Life for activity/organization related purpose.
Colored and Banner Paper: Available in the Student Life Resource Room for activity/organization publicity related purposes. Not intended for academic use, see academic departments for assistance.
Ellison Die Cuts: These amazing time savers produce legible banners with a variety of fonts, sizes, and picture shapes. The die cuts are alphabetized; please help us keep them that way! Located in the Student Life Resource Room.
General: Supplies including sidewalk chalk, car chalk, flip chart and easel, markers, hot glue guns, one and three hole punches, Fiskars scissors, paper cutters, crayons, hammer, screwdrivers, and dolly are located in the Student Life Resource Room.
Microphone and Speaker: Portable speaker with microphone is available for event use. Reservable through Scheduler.
Outdoor Games: The Game Room has an array of outdoor games available for checkout, daily between noon and midnight, including: Cornhole, Kan Jam, Spikeball, washer toss, Giant Jenga, bocce ball and Yardzee
Prize Drop: The prize drop game board resembles Plinko and is equipped with 68 pegs, dispersed throughout the display in an offset design. Once a disc is dropped, it will ricochet against the pegs until landing in one of eight winning prize sections! Whether Bob Barker or Drew Carey comes to mind when you play, all involved are sure to have fun!
Portable Screen: A small portable screen measuring 36” x 48” with carrying case is available for use. Reservable through Scheduler.
