Photos for the 2017 Kaldron
Organization Members: During the academic year, plan to submit up to three JPG photos of your organization’s members (ideally including seniors) and/or activities to email@example.com by April 15, 2017. To assist the yearbook staff in identifying your club/organization’s members, please include the name(s) of the people appearing in the photo(s) from left to right.

The Kaldron, senior memory book, is produced under the advisement of Student Leadership & Involvement. Work study students and other student volunteers assist as section editors and photographers. The Kaldron is funded by the College and is provided as a gift to all members of the senior class. The book is received and mailed in October, following graduation, to the home address listed with the Alumni Office.
Seniors – Schedule an appointment with Prestige Portraits by Lifetouch by logging onto www.ouryear.com, school code 709 or by calling 1-800-OUR-YEAR (687-9327), during normal business hours. To be included in the yearbook, portraits must be taken by Prestige Portraits. Portrait sessions are free of charge and you will be given the opportunity to select the portrait to be included in the yearbook. Portrait packages will be mailed by Prestige Portraits to your home address for your consideration in ordering prints.
Attire: Men are encouraged to wear a suit or business attire; Women a blouse or business attire. Prestige Portraits will provide a cap, gown, hood and tassel for photos.
Portrait sessions for senior photographs were held during the week of November 7, 2016. Another portrait session will be offered in the spring semester, 2017. Check back for specific dates.
Selecting Your Portrait for the Yearbook:
Several weeks after your portrait session, Prestige Portraits will inform you via e-mail that your portraits are available for online viewing. To select the portrait you wish to have included in the yearbook, log onto www.ouryear.com and register for an account using the information provided to you by Prestige Portraits, the school code, class code, and sitting number. Once registered, log-in and click on your name to view your portraits. Select the Yearbook Pose tab at the top of the page and enter your desired portrait selection for the yearbook. The portrait will be included in the yearbook at no charge to you.
Yearbooks Available For Sale:
Kaldrons from 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015 and 2016 are available for purchase at $20.00 each. Stop by Student Leadership & Involvement on the third floor of the Campus Center to view and purchase the book. In addition to the senior portrait section, sections for sports teams, clubs/organizations and major events are included in the book. Purchases are available by check and/or cash only. Payment may also be mailed to Allegheny College Student Leadership & Involvement, 520 North Main Street, Meadville, PA 16335 with a note including the address to mail the yearbook.
