Purpose: South Asia (Nepal, India, Pakistan, Bhutan, Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, and the Maldives) is a collection of various countries and their cultures that are miles away from the USA and Allegheny College. It is the aim of this club to try to bridge that gap and erase some of the geographical distance by attempting to enrich the Allegheny community with customs, practices, celebrations, and food from these collective nations.
