Description: Kappa Alpha Theta is the first Greek letter fraternity for women founded in 1870. Our national philanthropy is Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA). There is a local CASA office in Crawford County which the proceeds of our annual philanthropy fundraiser goes towards. Our members are involved in many other organizations on campus and we’ve had the highest scholarship for 15 out of the last 17 semesters among the sororities!
Purpose: The purpose of Kappa Alpha Theta is to support members to learn, grow, and excel, and our core values are personal excellence, friendship/sisterhood, scholarship, service, and leadership.
