Many college fairs and college night programs are held in local high schools or convention centers in your community. These programs offer high school students and their families an opportunity to learn more about the academic programs and campus life of the attending colleges and universities.
Fall and spring are the busiest seasons of travel for Admissions and your help is vital. VISA members are often asked to cover the programs held in their local area if an Admissions Counselor is unable to attend.
Our office will contact you to confirm your interest and availability if there is a fair in your area that needs coverage. If you are able to participate, we will forward literature (approximately a week prior to the fair) for you to review, display, and distribute to the prospective students and their families during the fair. We will discuss the college fair process with you in detail so you feel prepared to cover the fair.
