30-Day Mindfulness Challenge

The Year of Mindfulness begins with a 30-Day Mindfulness Challenge, September 8 through October 7. There will be daily opportunities for guided mindfulness practice in the Prayer and Meditation (PAM) Retreat (next door to Arter), in addition to other places around campus (watch below for more info!).  There are numerous activities associated with this challenge, including our Year of Mindfulness kick-off with Buddhist writer and teacher Lodro Rinzler on September 8, and a residency with Zen Buddhist monk Claude AnShin Thomas, September 14-October 2.
