Senior Events Policy for Early Graduates and Seniors Studying Remotely

Congratulations, seniors! Below are guidelines for those seniors who are studying remotely or who graduated early and who wish to attend awards ceremonies and senior day activities on campus.

April 15, 2021 – May 21, 2021

Seniors who are studying remotely or who graduated early are eligible to be on campus prior to May 21, 2021, only for discrete ceremonies and events and only if they are fully vaccinated and complete a rapid COVID test on campus the day of the event. Please send your completed vaccination card to so we can schedule your same-day test.

May 21 Senior Day

Seniors who are studying remotely or who graduated early may come back for senior day activities if:

  • The student is participating in the May 22, 2021, Commencement Ceremony 
  • The student meets one of the following criteria: 
    • Fully vaccinated or
    • Obtains an off-campus, negative PCR test within 5 days of the event; please send results before Friday, May 21.
  • All students returning to campus for senior day activities must complete this form by Thursday, May 20. 

May 22 – Commencement

All participating seniors may attend the Commencement Ceremony. No test or proof of vaccination is needed. Please follow all public health and safety guidance, including masking and social distancing.
