Once Logged into Scheduler – you can request to reserve a space on Campus. (You can log into Scheduler using your email login and password.)
1. Select the ‘book now’ link on the right.
2. Enter date and event time (not the total time you are reserving the space).
3. Select Add/Remove button to choose buildings.
4. Select Buildings and “Update Locations”
5. Enter number of people for the space. This will filter out rooms that are too small for the number of people who will be attending. (For equipment reservations, enter 1)
6. Select the “+” in front of your desired room. Then the blue “Next” button on the top right.
7. Complete all services that you require. Be sure to follow up with each department.
8. Enter all event details and select “Create Reservation”.
