Sourdoughs and SCOBYs


breadovenMy daughter talked me into this page.  She knows I like to write, bake, and experiment with slimes that turn ingredients into fermented foods.  There are hundreds of sourdough bloggers already clogging the internet.  It is bizarre there are so many of us, because the most any of us can really accomplish is photos of bread porn.  If we have any talent we add a little bit of food erotica worth reading.  That’s my goal anyway.
