Reading, Writing, and Sourdough
My daughter talked me into creating this blog, Reading, Writing, and Sourdough. She knows I like to write, bake, and experiment with slimes that turn ingredients into fermented foods. There are hundreds of sourdough bloggers already clogging the internet. It is bizarre there are so many of us, because the most any of us can really accomplish is photos of bread porn. If we have any talent we add a little bit of food erotica worth reading. That’s my goal anyway. The blog is also where I post short reviews of books I’ve read.
