As IT has moved from tightly defined, commodity-style services like repetitive processing and record-keeping to complex and integrated enterprise-wide applications, working methodologies focus more heavily on relational areas than technical. We no longer do things alone, but instead work side-by-side with our peers. When new opportunities and challenges arise, we can’t simply start collaborating: we need to have started already. Collaboration doesn’t happen today or tomorrow–it started yesterday. We’ll discuss daily tactics that enable strategic collaborations tomorrow.
