Women’s Health and Reproductive Services
Appointments are scheduled on specific days during each month, while classes are in session. As of Academic Year 2018-19 the Physician Assistant (PA) from Family Planning (FP) of Meadville comes to Winslow Health Center (WHC) to see students for women’s health and reproductive needs including starting and continuing various birth control methods, internal exams, pap smears, etc.
Appointments are required for these services. Students are required to bring a copy of their insurance card with them to every appointment. If they are more than 10 minutes late, they will be rescheduled. If a student is a “no-show” to a Family Planning appointment twice, they will no longer be eligible schedule FP appointments at WHC. They will need to contact Family Planning of Meadville directly to schedule appointments at their location on Terrace Street. The availability of these services are subject to change without notice.

Sexually Transmitted Infections (STI) Clinics
Family Planning (FP) of Meadville comes to Winslow Health Center (WHC) two to three times per month while classes are in session, as their schedule allows, to provide free STI clinics for students. Appointments are required for these clinics – no walk-ins are accepted.
Testing is available as follows:
- Blood test
- Urine test (available for both males and females)
- Female swab (more accurate testing done by yourself)
