Manager of Enrollment Technology and Data Analytics

Allegheny College, a small selective liberal arts college located in northwest Pennsylvania, invites applications for the position of Manager of Enrollment Technology and Data Analytics.  The position is a full-time, exempt administrative position reporting to the Executive Director of Admissions and Financial Aid.  The Office of Admissions is responsible for the recruitment and enrollment of approximately 500 students each year. This includes meeting with prospective families throughout the year, processing over 5,000 applications, and communicating with admitted students.    

The Manager of Enrollment Technology and Data Analytics serves as a member of the enrollment leadership team. Overseeing the continued implementation and administration of Slate CRM, this position is vital to the admissions function and reporting of all enrollment data. With an understanding of both admissions and financial aid data, the Manager of Enrollment Technology and Data Analytics oversees all functions of the Admissions CRM, including integrations with all other systems. As an expert in relational databases, assists both admissions and financial aid staff with data integrity, reporting and other duties to be assigned. 

The Manager of Enrollment Technology and Data Analytics applicant must possess a Bachelor’s degree.  Must possess the ability to collaborate in a fast-paced environment while also working independently.  Have a high level of integrity and confidentiality.  Knowledge of the college recruitment process and experience with Technolutions – Slate, Colleague, SQL, Unidata, and HTML are strongly preferred.
