Mitel installation technicians will be on campus Monday 10/29 through Friday 11/2 to place phones in offices. The installers will begin in buildings schedule to migrate on 10/30 first and move to buildings scheduled for 11/1, 11/6, and 11/8. You can review dates for the start of the new phone service on the LITS Website.
Phone installation will take a few minutes as the technician places the phone on your desk and connects it to the network. They will need easy access to your computer and a clear space on your desk.
on your phone, entering the default pin code 1111, and follow the tutorial to the end. Additional information will be provided throughout out the migration process on My Allegheny and the LITS Web Site.
