Tech Tip Tuesday – Change Google Chrome’s Startup Page

You can configure Google Chrome to open any webpage when it starts up.

To tell Chrome to open a specific page or set of pages:

  1. Open Chrome.
  2. At the top-right, click More (the 3 vertical dots,) and click Settings.
  3. Under the section, “On startup,” select Open a specific page or set of pages.
    1. Click Add a new page. Enter the website address and click Add. (For example, for My Allegheny, type “sites.allegheny.edu/my'”)
      OR
    2. Click Use current pages.
