Do you have a passion for empowering or providing hope to others? If so, then Women’s Services, Inc. needs you. Volunteers are an integral part of the work that the agency does, providing more than 2,000 hours of service annually, and you could be a part of that vital team. On September 19, we are launching our Fall 2017 Volunteer Training Course. This 60-hour training, which will run through November 21, is designed to provide new volunteers with a background on domestic violence and sexual assault. Upon successful completion of the training course, new volunteers will be prepared to serve at Women’s Services, Inc. in a variety of capacities best suited to each individual’s strengths and interests. If you or someone you know is interested in participating in Women’s Services, Inc. 2017 Volunteer Training, please complete this form on our website no later than Monday, September 11. If you have additional questions, you can email Brynya Bowden at bbowden@womensservicesinc.org or call her at (814) 724-4637.
