The Neuro Club will be screening the film “Concussion” (2015) in Quigley Auditorium (101) at 3 p.m. on Sunday, February 25. “Concussion” covers the story of Dr. Bennet Omalu and his discovery of chronic traumatic encephalopathy (CTE), a football-related brain trauma. Omalu challenges the National Football League and works with previous players to inform athletes of the dangers associated with CTE and its potential long-term side effects. This event is open to all students, and there will be free popcorn and drinks provided.
