The residence halls close on May 9 at noon and will reopen August 26. If you have a job on campus, conducting research, or interning and need on-campus housing between May 9 and August 26, please fill out this form no later than May 1. You will be contacted about your status by email.
Summer housing is offered to current students who are participating in an academic program, working for the college or are involved with an approved college-supervised/sponsored activity. Once your request is accepted you will be contacted by the Office of Conference and Event Services about upcoming dates and next steps. There is limited availability so please plan to be housed in a double room. Students needing a single room as an accommodation, need to have current paperwork on file with the Learning Commons. All students are charged $10 a day plus occupancy tax. A percentage of this charge may be covered for qualifying students based on financial aid criteria. Please be advised that the amount that is credited to your account will be reported on your 1099-MISC tax form as income. You must provide your supervisor’s contact information on your registration as well as submit your student employment forms to the Financial Aid Office by May 9 and be approved prior to key pick up.
