The FS Leadership Team and the Director of Faculty Development invite proposals for 5-minute “Ignite”-type sessions focused on innovative pedagogical strategies to be presented at the opening session of the Spring 2018 Educators’ Resource Institute, to be held on May 14. Each “Ignite” presenter will have 5 to 10 minutes to introduce and sketch out an innovative pedagogy.
Interested applicants are encouraged to consult with the Director of Writing Alexis Hart, the Director of Speaking Jon Wiebel, or the Director of Faculty Development Catharina Coenen to discuss ideas they might have for the “Ignite” session. Proposals are due to the Associate Provost/Director of the FS Program Terry Bensel by Friday, April 20. Those selected to be “Ignite” presenters will be notified by Friday, April 27.
