30-Day Mindfulness Challenge Kicks Off With ‘Sit-in’: 9/12

This year’s 30-day Mindfulness Challenge kicks off with a “sit-in” in the Campus Center lobby, Wednesday, September 12, at 4:30 p.m. This seated meditation session will be led by Buddhist monk Claude AnShin Thomas, and all are welcome to attend. Information will be available on the rest of the Challenge, which runs through October 11 and offers opportunities for the campus community to learn and engage in mindfulness practices that can provide calmness, focus, and clarity.
