Mitel technicians will install new phones Monday, October 29, through Friday, November 2. The installers will begin their work in buildings scheduled to migrate to the new phone system on October 30 first and then will move to buildings scheduled for November 1, November 6, and November 8. You can review dates for the start of the new phone service on the LITS website. Phone installation will take a few minutes as the technician places the phone on your desk and connects it to the network. They will need easy access to your computer and a clear space on your desk. Additional information will be provided throughout out the migration process on MyAllegheny and the LITS website. Please take a moment or two to review.
